3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Submit coupons for businesses you do not own or represent
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Collect user information without consent
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access our content

4. Business Listings

For Businesses:

  • You must be the owner or authorized representative to claim a business listing
  • All submitted information must be accurate and current
  • You are responsible for honoring all published coupons and deals
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
  • Featured placement is subject to our current pricing and terms

5. Coupon Submissions

  • Coupons must be for legitimate Arizona businesses
  • All deals and discounts must be valid and redeemable
  • Expired coupons will be removed from the site
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any coupon
  • Approval of a submission does not constitute endorsement

6. Featured Listings

  • Featured placement is available for a fee as described on our pricing page
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
  • Quarterly and annual payments are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AZ.Coupons and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any coupons or business information. Deals are subject to change by the business without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

AZ.Coupons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZ.Coupons from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
